As a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016, I have had the pleasure of working in diverse settings, including clinics, spas, long-term care homes, and various events. I am now providing mobile massage services to bring the sanctuary directly to you!

With 18 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Jennifer R.G. Caplan focuses on providing customized, dynamic treatment plans that adapt to each patient's evolving physical needs. Her clinical approach uses a foundation of General Swedish Massage Therapy, joint mobilization, and soft tissue release.
To further support her patients' goals, Jennifer also utilizes Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), cupping, and postural myofascial release. She is a proud graduate of the Ontario College of Health and Technology and a recipient of the Diamond Award in the Welland Tribune Readers' Choice Awards.

Marija is a Registered Massage Therapist with three years of experience and has worked as a Physiotherapist Assistant for more than five years in clinical and spa settings. She has collaborated with physiotherapists, osteopaths, acupuncturists, and surgeons specializing in spinal conditions. Her experience includes motor vehicle accidents, neck fractures, pain injections, and joint-replacement recovery.
With a strong interest in anatomy, neurology, and multidisciplinary care, Marija combines therapeutic and relaxation massage with practical home-care guidance. She is currently expanding her education through acupuncture studies. Outside work, she enjoys year-round swimming, biking, travelling, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Ryan has been a practicing massage therapist for 20 years, having first registered in 2005. Over the past two decades, he has worked in a variety of settings, including clinics, spas, physiotherapy clinics, and gyms throughout southwestern Ontario. He has been serving the Niagara region for the past six years.
Ryan's massage is firm and focused, specializing in deep tissue and trigger point therapy. He strives to provide the perfect pressure for each client's individual needs.

Registered Massage Therapist
Sagar is a Registered Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience in rehabilitation and wellness settings and a strong background in physical therapy and hands-on manual care. Alongside his Ontario massage therapy training, his extensive education in physiotherapy, exercise science, and manual osteopathic techniques gives him a deeper understanding of movement, posture, muscle imbalance, pain patterns, and recovery. He has supported clients with muscle tension, stress, chronic pain, postural strain, work-related discomfort, and general mobility concerns.
His client-centered treatments blend relaxation massage with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and individualized soft tissue care. Professional and respectful, Sagar listens carefully to each client's goals, adapts pressure and techniques to their comfort level, and creates a safe, calming experience designed to help them feel relaxed, supported, and better able to move comfortably in daily life.

Brazilian Spa Technician
Michelle is a Brazilian massage therapist with six years of professional experience. Born and professionally trained in Brazil, she brings her bodywork background and Brazilian techniques to Canada. She specializes in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage using the Renata França Method and also works with a variety of massage techniques focused on relaxation and well-being.
For Michelle, treatment is more than applying a technique. It is an opportunity to provide care, relaxation, and mindful attention to the body. She takes time to understand each client’s needs and creates a comfortable, welcoming experience tailored to the individual. Now in Canada, she continues her professional journey by bringing the knowledge and experience developed throughout her career in Brazil to clients here.
