As a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016, I have had the pleasure of working in diverse settings, including clinics, spas, long-term care homes, and various events. I am now providing mobile massage services to bring the sanctuary directly to you!
My commitment is to provide the highest level of care to support my clients on each of their unique wellness journeys. I am passionate about helping clients achieve and maintain their individual health goals through tailored treatment plans and continued care.

Registered Massage Therapist
With 18 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Jennifer R.G. Caplan focuses on providing customized, dynamic treatment plans that adapt to each patient's evolving physical needs. Her clinical approach uses a foundation of General Swedish Massage Therapy, joint mobilization, and soft tissue release.
To further support her patients' goals, Jennifer also utilizes Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), cupping, and postural myofascial release. She is a proud graduate of the Ontario College of Health and Technology and a recipient of the Diamond Award in the Welland Tribune Readers' Choice Awards.
